Grounds were beautiful & well cared for as well as the physical building.
Just had to walk a distance to the rooms.
How close to the stores in town it was and to white plains and the movie theater.
Hotel in general very nice.
Beds are too soft,if u like a firm mattress.
Very nice hotel
I was charged for a movie I did not order and I am waiting gor it to be credited to mu card.
The decor was very nice
Breakfast at a hotel your price should be complimentary . The buffet was over priced and the eggs were mediocre. There were baked goods with nuts in your selection which is not good for people with allergies. My room window overlooks piles of logs and debris. You should take better care of your views
Friendly, comfortable, and close to downtown Port Chester. We appreciated the free shuttle!
Everything about the hotel except one thing.
Booked as handicap accessible room; it is not. Not possible to get from wheel chair into shower. Once in shower, not possible to reach faucets, etc.
Breakfast. Any help by the concierge
Was charge $250 for a smoking room charge, when none of us smoked in the room did not get the hilton points as promised. And to make matters worse, the 2 cards that were run as a deposit, put a freeze on. So 3 credit cards have freezes. ???
staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and our room was comfortable
fridge smelled awful, there was a dead bug wrapped up in my clean towel, and the tub didn't have a stopper. when i asked the front desk (at almost 10 pm), she said she would have to send an engineer to fix it
Good location, staff was friendly enough.
Price wasn't cheap, carpets were stained, walls were banged up, furniture was in rough shape. The property has the Hilton name and price, but I've stayed at Ramada's that were more impressive.
We were upgraded to a room with a king sized bed
The service sucked. The water was out for about an hour and a half in the bathroom. We weren't notified when the water was restored. It was freezing and they ran out of space heaters
A very comfortable room with a lovely little balcony.
WiFi was sporadic which was a bit annoying.
Location, beautiful grounds. The room was comfortable enough, good Wi-Fi reception. The lobby restaurant was staffed by friendly and competent waiters.
Toilet was backed up and it took almost an hour for the desk to send someone up, it was still slow afterwards because of low water pressure; the room was located quite far from the main lobby, requiring a long walk to and from the entrance; overpriced especially since no breakfast included.
All staff very helpful and lots of down time space in the lobby area, the rooms where clean and tidy at all times during my 5 night stay.
The outside space never seemed clean with wet dirty tables most evenings, glasses and full ash trays being the biggest annoyance of mine.
Very comfy bed
Some staff were unhelpful, one didn't even acknowledge us for some time then chose to answer the phone as being more important than attending the people standing in front of her! The bus service was very erratic but necessary as you're really in the middle of know where! we spent too much money on taxi's
